to table cooking class at Khatuna’s farm

This experience includes a Kakheti cooking class at a local farm with organic, absolutely fresh products from the family garden. Our wonderful hostess, Khatuna, has the tastiest hands! With her, you will learn how to make Georgia’s freshest and unique spring dish Chakapuli (seasonal), or mtsvadi - a barbecued meat on grapevine sticks from a family vineyard, which enriches meat with a distinctive flavor.

You will put together a lovely 3-course meal (appetizer, main course & dessert) using the freshest local ingredients!

What is included:

Hands-on cooking class: guided step-by-step by our cook Khatuna, learn how to make Chakapuli or khinkali from scratch, cook different traditional Georgian appetizers using local fresh products and more interesting dishes!

Food storytelling: on the background of Georgia’s fascinating centuries-old history and culture, you will learn the secrets of local ingredients and the connections between recipes.
